Clinic Terms & Refund Policy
1. All sales are final. Registration fees, deposits, payment-plan installments and processing fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel, can’t attend, or leave the clinic early.
2. Transfers. You may transfer your spot to another player of the same package by emailing
[email protected] by December 31, 2026. The new player must complete registration information and the Thunder Valley waiver. No transfers after that date.
3. Payment plan. If you choose the payment plan, you authorize BKi Paintball, through RegFox, to charge your card on file for the remaining balance on January 4, 2027. You may pay early at any time. If the balance can’t be collected by January 6, 2027, your spot may be released, and your deposit will not be refunded.
4. Pricing. Early bird pricing applies to registrations completed by November 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET, including those that start a payment plan by that date. Processing fees are added at checkout.
5. Event details and changes. We’ll send the itinerary, arrival times, and what-to-bring details by email as the clinic gets closer. Schedule, drills, coaching staff and on-field activities may change. These changes are not grounds for a refund.
6. Weather and cancellation. The clinic runs rain or shine. If BKi or Red Wave School has to cancel the clinic entirely, registrants will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future BKi event.
7. Clinic + Stay. The Stay package includes the travel, accommodations, breakfast and dinner described for the package. Incidentals, extra nights, and anything not listed are the player’s responsibility.
8. Waiver and safety. Every player must complete Thunder Valley Paintball Park’s waiver before taking the field. Players must follow all field rules and coach instructions, including keeping eye protection on in all designated areas. Players may be removed for unsafe or disrespectful conduct, without a refund.
9. Photos and video. The clinic will be photographed and filmed. By registering, you allow BKi Paintball and Red Wave School / Red Legion to use photos and video of the player for promotion.
10. Evaluations. Each player receives a written evaluation after the clinic. Evaluations are coaching feedback only and do not guarantee placement on any team, in the Paintball Combine, or in any program.
11. Players under 18. A parent or guardian must complete this registration and agrees to these terms on the player’s behalf.
12. Communication. By registering, you agree to receive emails (and texts, if opted in) about this clinic.
